I have been using ceramic pans but still had a few of the old teflon pots that I just ditched. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a brand that has been third party tested? I was going to buy the Green Pan collection but I now see they don’t do third party testing. Or is stainless steal the way to go? Just find everything sticks so much to those.
Thanks,
Michele
@chamdickson, this is helpful feedback. Thank you!
I live with an environmentalist who has been attuned to forever chemicals for a couple decades. We use iron frying pans and stainless steel, applying olive and canola oil to deal with sticking. We also have two Le Cruset Dutch ovens that work beautifully. There cheaper brands with same surface. Also a ceramic slow cooker for beans. And metal, wood, and or silicon spatulas and spoons. Hope this helps
That's a great question and I am never sure either. I learned from Dr Gregor of NutritionFacts.org.
