    Come to a quiet and mindful space to share your story and feel heard within a safe and like-minded community. Learn about metamorphosis and empowerment. Liz will lead this session, encouraging reflection and insights to support personal growth and healing.

    Join us for a new Thriver member event and learn more about Guided Imagery as a tool for your journey. We will take you through different imagery each month to teach you how to use your mind to further your healing. This session will be about "Learning from your Resistance".

    Join our members for a special evening Restorative Yoga. This gentle and grounding practice will guide you through a few yoga poses, while your body is supported by props such as pillows, bolsters, blankets, and blocks.

    Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy targeting fascia tightness. In this presentation, we’ll learn how it affects well-being and practice guided self-treatment and gentle stretches to ease tension and relax. A large rolled-up bath towel is recommended, as we may be lying on the floor or a bed.

Guided Imagery

Guided Imagery is an applied form of meditation. It uses your attention, intention, and imagination to create desirable changes. Facilitate by Karla Mans Giroux

Come and find a quiet and mindful space to share your story and feel heard within a safe and like-minded community. Experience the wisdom that arises from silence and our ability to access it. Facilitated by Liz Curran.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety by balancing the chakra points. With the permission of its recipients, distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and at any time and is one of many ways to link to and channel this energy for its healing benefit. Facilitated by Kelley Giaramita
